Urgent Appeal

A dear friends a midwife has been battling cancer for almost a year and was doing amazingly well after maximum Chemo. So well that she went back to taking care of her 3 kids all under10 years old in a short space of time. But a few weeks ago she became very unwell and even her faith was falterd and she though this is it, am going to die, but with the mind set that her kids need their mum she reflected and started a new fight. This involves going abroad for alternative treatment that has reviewed to have transformed the life of many end stage cancer fighters. However!!

In the last 48 hours I spoke to her mum as talking was too much for her and my dear friend, midwife, wife and mother seems to have no energy left to fight, the treatment does not appear to be working as was hoped for. Her situation seems to be worsening and the family are keen to BRING HER HOME asap. A medical repatriation service has been identified. However, huge costs already incurred to get her abroad means finances are already extremely stretched and this will be an extra financial cost to her family which they are unable to meet without help. I'm asking for urgent donations £14 000. There are 2 of us coordinating this appeal to raise £14 000 in the next 48 hours by asking to support this family. She is under 40, husband and 3 kids who are age under 10.

If 300 of us donate £50 each we will raise £15 000. However, any contribution would be greatly appreciated. Feel free to send on to your contacts if you feel comfortable to do so.

  • I saw Peace a couple of months ago at her church when I came visiting for an event after not seeing her for over 10 years and I commented on how well she looked and she told me she had 3 kids, the last about 4/5 years old (my daughter’s age) and I was impressed by how well she looked and that she had taken good care of herself, I never knew she was fighting/battling cancer. Words escape me. Speechless. The pain is over - Rest in Peace.

  • Such a wonderful, humble daughter of God. I Thank God for all the care and expertise Peace gave for myself and daughter during my last pregnancy. I pray that God will comfort the family and give them strength during this painful time. May you rest in the arms of our Saviour, no more pain, no more tears. Sleep on beloved.....we love you but Jesus loves you best, goodnight, goodnight, goodnight.

He will wipe away every tear from their eyes, and death shall be no more, neither shall there be mourning, nor crying, nor pain anymore, for the former things have passed away.”It is with a heavy heart that I will like to tell you all that our beautiful Peace did. . . . .
