Let’s help “Raios de Lu-z” December Campaign!

Raios de Lu-z is a volunteering group created by Prestes family and friends one year after Lucas Rodrigues Prestes da Silva, a charismatic, lovely and full of life 21 years old boy passed away. Lucas had always believed that we could live in a better world if each one start making the world a better place by the small attitudes. Everyone who had the opportunity to meet him can tell how wonderful person he was. Someone who was always willing to help.

The way his family and friends found out to transform the pain of does not have his smile anymore was making people smiling. Bring love and hope to Orphanages and Elderly home is the mission of Raios de Lu-z that acts in Sao Paulo, Brazil. We believe small attitudes can make a big difference.

Since July 6, 2014, we have been visiting orphanages and homes for the Elderly in order to have a special time with them, such as throwing monthly birthday parties for the kids, having a nice brunch with the elderly and bring donations for their basic needs, such as toilet paper, food, hygienic products, diapers, etc.

This current campaign wants to raise funds for the Christmas Event and the money raised will buy products for basic needs and food for two different Organizations situated in Caucaia do Alto – SP, Brazil:

Lar Emmanuel (Orphanage)

Casa de Repouso Francisco Xavier (Home for the Elderly)
