Help me make my father’s dream come true!

About My Father

He is 52 years old, his name is Francisco Javier, and he has a mastery in civil engineering. he is an independant worker, wich means that he doesn't work for any companies (not because he wanted to, its because there are no companies who would accept him). My mother left him for another guy and its always asking for money from him. My father basically has to take care of 2 homes at the same time, one wich he doesn't even belong to anymore (my mother's situation).

¿Why would i help you?

You are not helping me, you are helping my father. My father has always dreamt about finally paying all the debts we have, and if possible, move out from this horrible department we live at.
I will move out in 3 months to Monterrey with my fiancee, to start working in a better job and be able to help more my father, but this will take some time. and before i leave, i really wanna compensate my father for all the thing he has done for me. he has gotten himself in so many debts, just to make sure that we have something to eat. even if its just eggs or rice, he always gets us food.
Our economy situation is horrible at the moment. we are at the edge of losing our department, we barely have something to eat, we are about to get sued because of all the debts and my father even got death threatened, and now he has to work the entire day until 6 am, just to come home, rest a little bit and then go back to work.
And even i, a 19 years old guy, who had to quit school to start working, and that currently, having 2 jobs at the same time and working 11 hours a day, can't afford to cover all of the debts and necessities.

You would ask, "what about your brother?" he is 29 years old, has a very good job, he's earning a lot of money from just working from 8am to 5pm, though, he doesn't help at all. he keeps ALL the money for himself. He has never helped my father to buy food, or to pay the electricity. And if he, for some extremely rare reason decides to help him, he asks my father to pay that money back to him. even if my brother gave $1, he asks for that $1 back ASAP, because he claims "he needs it", "its the last he had", when you can clearly see him come back home with something new, either a videogame, food, something for his PC, etc.

Help my father get through this

Please, help me make this dream come true for my father. he deserves it, he is an awesome dad and i really wanna help him out with this. He has taught me so many lessons that i will never forget, and i learned to never be like my brother is. im pretty sure my brother doesn't have any plans of leaving any time soon, so before i move out, i really want to be sure that my father will have a better lifestyle. its horrible to see how a father holds the tears because he has to stay strong for his family. he basically doesn't allow himself to cry or to show any signs of weakness. this is no way of living.
We may not be poor, since we do have a house. but we are about to lose that as well.
