Campaign Story
My husband was just diagnosed with a rare disease called vasculitis that caused his kidneys to fail and he is now on dialysis and in need of a transplant. We have a few months to wait before he can get any kind of disablity. I do not make very much money, we have 3 kids in the home and all the extra medical expenses and trips to dialysis 3 times a week has taken everything we had. We just need to make it through until he is excepedt for disablity. Everything helps, even just $20 and is very much appreciated. This has been rough news and we are just trying to stay positive and move forward.
This has become our lives. I am dedicated to making it more aware of how big of a deal kidney disease is. We never knew that kidney disease was such a big problem. It is my goal to raise awareness and prevent this from happening so much and to gain research to find a cure to kidney disease.
