House

Hi, I am currently in my 1st year at university and I am very much enjoying it. I was living in halls but I cant live in halls next year as they are mainly reserved for 1st years, overseas students and student with learning difficulties and disabilities. I've been looking for student housing for next year and it hasn't been easy but now I've found now but I need a bit of help with the money for the deposit. I've jus had to pay rent for my uni accommodation which was higher than it should have been but student finance messed up my payments so i had to spilt my payments for rent but it means i have to pay an extra £200-300 because my first rent payment was lower than it should have been due to student finance so they split the remaining money into the other payments. They letting agency have agreed to keep the house for a week if anyone asks about it provided i pay deposit this week and im scared that if i dont it will be harder to find another house. I dont live close to uni and it would cost more to travel in as my course is full-time and i am in everyday. Any help would grately be appreciated.
