It’s not just brain surgery….

Hello All!! We have came to the final approach to a long, hard and unanswered prayer for Bill and his Meniere's Disease fight.  As some of or alot of you may know Bill has been battling Meniere's Disease for years now. Only about 2 and a half years ago did they start determining what he actually may have as "Meniere's Disease".  We have been to many doctors, spent a week in Cleveland Clinic, had multiple MRI, MRA, CT scans, blood work, and many RX's. He has also had 4 gentimicin injections in his ear. (which are extremely painful and damaging.) At this point, we have had some success and some failed attempts. Unfortuanely, we have some more choices to make at this time. He could lose his CDL license and lose his job and go on disabilitly OR... he can have a surgery that will be in his brain. He has lost 65% of his hearing at this point and in jeapordy of losing the rest with the injections if continued. And has lost 90% of his balance in the left side and again can lose more as the disease progresses. Therefore, we have decided to have this brain surgery. The surgery has been scheduled for June 23rd, 2014. The doctor we have found for this surgery is located in Detroit, MI. Therefore, we will be going there for the surgery. Bill will be in the hospital for about 5 days with physical therapy following the surgery while he is in the hospital. Then, after going home, he be off work for 3 to 5 weeks with more therapy. Therefore... that is the reason for this fundraiser. We have tried to not ask for too much help through this but we are definately asking now. We will have many expenses with this surgery and the time off work. Therefore, that is why we have asked for the amount of $2500.00. After adding all the expenses up this was what we come with in a total. The following is expenses that we are looking to get help with: (Hotel in Detroit,(for Bonnie and William), gas(to travel to and from Detroit), Food (For Bonnie and William), and of course a month of no pay checks from employment while Bill is recovering at home.) We completely understand if you can not or do not want to donate anything as times are hard. But anything at this point during a rough patch in Bill's medical well being will be extremely appreciated. As the finacial part of this is important, we also know that more importantly prayer is a needed and welcomed factor. From "OUR" family to "YOURS" thank you in advance...
