Breast enlargement surgery

I know what it is to help people and gratitude received by them, a wonderful benefit that gives light to the soul. But, in this occasion I am not open a new project to help people. This occasion is for open a project for one of my dreams which I would like that comes true quickly. A breast implant surgery are commonly connected with models, television presenters, rich women, but I am not be a part of these women types because I am a common girl, but a girl who would like to see your breasts bigger. Many years, I used several natural treatments such as ice water, cold water many treatments without good results. Year by year and always I feel that my boobs are so small. Some people have many dreams as to travel, study , have children, become professionals, get married, but one of my dreams has been that, since I have not been well-endowed since childhood, when I started to buy my bra size “30” or less and it still continue with this size. I decided many years ago, to save money for my surgery in my country, but costs for implants have been increasingly year by year and making that my dream will be postponed. I started saving tips, around 4 or 5 years ago and I considered them as my treasure in some cases that I needed money and I had tried to spend them I stopped because them are savings for my surgery and this year 2014 I would like to be the year of my surgery, I do not wait more time, more years. And I would like you to help me that my dream comes true this year. I know that you could receive the gratitude which life bring you and you will receive my gratitude also.
