Campaign Story
I'm taking part in my first Sprint Triathlon on Sunday 6th September at Eton Dorney lake (yes I'm even swimming in a lake!!) and wanted to use this personal mobility challenge to help my cousin's little girl Elspeth get mobile in her first powered wheelchair.
Elspeth was born on Boxing Day 2013 and is a gorgeous little chatterbox. Earlier this year she was diagnosed with SMA type 2. SMA is a progressive neuromuscular condition which means Elspeth is not independently mobile.

Any donations to Elspeth's mobility fund, no matter how small, would be so appreciated. As I'm swimming, cycling and running around Eton Dorney, I'll be spurred on to the finish line by looking forward to being chased around by Elspeth on my next visit North :-)

Finished in 1 hour 49 minutes which I'm chuffed with. Thanks so much to everyone who has sponsored me so far, you are amazing, means the world. Time to rest
