Raise money to pay the lawyer to defend Randy and BB the boxer. BB was fraudulently accused of biting someone.

We were attending the Roaring Fork Kennel Club shows in July. We had the dogs out in there x-pens, taking them for their last walks before bed. Randy was getting BB out of the RV to walk her, when an acquaintance walked in between the pens and the RV carrying two small dogs. She was saying something, but between her slurred speech and the dogs barking, he could not understand her. BB was very interested in the two small dogs and wanted to see them, so Randy put his hand inside her collar to keep her from jumping up. This person, seeing that BB was interested in the dogs, turned around and started backing up into her. BB tried to jump up, scratched the back of her leg. She was wearing very short shorts. She then went back to the RV she was staying in, and returned a few minutes later without the dogs, but with a child and another woman. The showed us her the scratch on her leg, and asked if we had any boxers to sell, that she could train as a service dog. Never mentioned anything about needing medical care for her scratch.

At about midnight, the police and a an animal control officer knocked on the door of our Rv. They wanted to take BB into custody, threatened to take all the dogs if we did not turn her over. Reluctently we let them take her. We did get her back after the show the next day. They tried to make us sign something promising to pay restitution to this person. We refused, so now we have a court date for August 26. Randy is charged with failure to prevent bodily injury by an animal to a person
