Thanks for stopping by my page. I’m a student nurse studying at UEA and I would love your help.

In November 2014 I hope to visit Haiti to volunteer with Ti Kay Haiti, http://www.tikayhaiti.org/.  Ti Kay provide free medical care to Tuberculosis and HIV patients in Haiti and I hope to be able to learn from them as I am fascinated by TB.

I will also be checking up on how EduHaitian are doing, we provide vulnerable children in Haiti with the opportunity for an education, http://www.eduhaitian.org/. I have been involved with EduHaitian since its inception and I very much look forward to meeting the school children benefiting from the generous sponsorships from people around the world.

Both of these charities are truly incredible and the people working for them are pretty inspirational. The opportunity to learn from these people and patients and students would be a dream come true however in order to get to Haiti, I do need your help.

Any donation you could give will be generously appreciated.  Over the next few months I will be putting on a series of challenges, and events and if you feel they are worthwhile then please throw your pennies, pounds and notes at me.

Nursing love,

Alice x

Challenge One - Three Peaks

Update posted by sendal at 12:13 pm

Unfortunately I have recently been broken through rugby :( and as such I have had to pull out from completing the Three Peaks Challenge. However, please take pity on me and donate anyway, I'm still organising the event and will make sure we get some fabulous nurses up those mountains.
