Campaign Story
My Pop Pop is Dying of Acute Myeloid Leukemia. Medicare does not pay for a lot of his care.
My grandparents live three and a half hours from the Cancer Hospital where he has to go daily for infusions for a week each month.
Hotels, medications and gas are expensive and I do not make enough money to help.
Pop Pop is a wonderful artist.
At the top of the page is my selfie with a painting he did just for me!
This is my mother's favourite painting my Pop Pop did.
It reminds her of the sailboat we used to own and sail when I was a child.
Pop Pop started to paint about two and a half years ago. He is so artistic and has been winning awards for his artwork and has so much more to offer.
I have just lost my maternal grandmother, and I'm not ready to lose another important person in my life.
Please help me to help him

A Hope, a Chance, a Gamble, and Our Prayers
Update posted by George Tuite at 02:33 amToday is a special day. Pop-Pop is starting his sixth of ten chemo infusions of a new drug. This trial, at best, will help him, at worse it can have an averse effect and he could pass in the night. It is normally only given to older patients five doses
