Cheyanne is a beatiful 10 year old with a sharing heart. She is adopted and has a few medical issues being treated at the Shriners hospital they are not general public noticable so she has a natural photogenic quality, she has recieved many trophies and crowns in natural pagaents, which are the expanding force for her book drive and donation philanthropy, plus she does scoliosis awarness promotions to help her hospital and to encourage other young folks with disabilies.
We are asking for help two fold, one to help get to pageants and to buy books and distrtibute them. The assistance recieved will broaden her out boundaries.
