The T Fund
A beautiful, hard working, mother of 3 youngchildern. She was just doing her job as a security guard when she got a lovely kick to the mouth from a criminal trying to break in. This aggrivates a freckle on her lip leading her into a world of pain, surgery and depression with a killer cancer that has completely taken over her life, her childrens life and her partner.
This page ... is to help her. Please?
What we are trying to do in a few words.
Raise about $25000
We are trying to do a few thing with that $25000.
- First and foremost we'd like to help fund some of the costly procedures she requires to fix her jaw so she can use it. There's more information about the costs below as this is the most expensive part.
- Our second concern is getting her somewhere closer to the hospital and medical services she requires. Hopefully in a nicer home too as the current place isn't that great.
- Supply just a little extra money per week to pay for the medicines, day care, childrens camps & fairs etc.
Complete reconstruction of her jaw.
$11500 to $22350
With what little is left of her jaw; we are hoping to fund the expensive surgery to completely reconstruct it. This will most probably require her to go to the United States to have this proceedure. The costs associated with a chin augmentation vary depending on a number of factors.
- Anaesthetist’s fee
- Surgical assistant’s fee
- Implant costs
- Post-operative garments
- Private hospital or day surgical facility fees
- Other facial plastic surgical procedures, such as eyelid rejuvenation, facelift, neck lift, brow lift or rhinoplasty.
Insertion of chin implant $7,900 – $9,900. This price includes surgeon fee, implants cost (Silicone or Medpor implants ) anaesthetic fee, Broadway day surgery fee & all follow ups.
There are some jawlines braces simply can't fix. For those that need extra alterations, surgical procedures that realign bones and wire the mouth into the proper place can produce the desired look. Average Price: $16,350.
Flights to the United States for a single person costs somewhere between $900 and $1500 depending on carrier and time of year. She would like to have her family with her when she travels overseas. So that's somewhere between $3600 and $6000
There's also a chance some accommodation might be required after arriving in the United States and before she goes into hospital. She might also need some accommodation after leaving the hospital and before the flight home. That could be from a few hundred dollars to a thousand or so.
Not enough money each week to cover basic costs.
Each fortnight she gets about $100 after bills. With the medicines she has to take, the special foods she has to eat, and then still feed her two young children, it all costs about $300 a week. That's not including petrol for running to and from doctors, day care and the shops etc. So something has to go missing. Usually it's her medicines as she doesn't want her children missing out anymore than they already are.
So any amount given will greatly help towards the expensive costs, which in turn will help relieve some of the burden on the weekly living expenses.
Here are some photos of her jaw.
WARNING: Some of these may be confronting.
If you don't like seeing medical proceedures please do not upset yourself by viewing them but please consider donating.
HAD TO REMOVE PICTURE DUE TO PEOPLE REPORTING THEM... IT IS HER FACE SHE LIVES WITH AND PEOPLE REPORT IT 🙁🙁🙁
There are more pictures to come.
Thank you for your time and consideration.

A small donation from many will give Patricia the chance to have the expensive surgery she needs to restore her face and her chances of a normal life with her family.
