Campaign Story

On June 15, 2015 Gus Fuentes suffered from a Cardiac Arrest and massive stroke. He is currently admitted at the Medical ICU of St. Luke's Medical Center Gobal City in Taguig City, Philippines. He is in critical condition and in need of a bypass operation once he recovers. His Family is in dire need of financial assistance to sustain medical services for his recovery and bypass operation.

The attending physician has given his approval to transfer my brother to the Philippine Heart Center in Q.C. Currently we are at reservation slot 3 at the Medical ICU of PHC from slot 5 two days ago. We are in need of a huge sum to settle all the bills
