Re-entering College After 6yrs Hiatus

I found out my Highschool in my home state would not release my transcript b/c of past due amount of $287.00.I attended Highschool on a minority scholarship. I am a deciding to go back to college at 28 to get my bachelors and better myself. I believe education is important. I was the first female in my family to attend college. Yet due to the overwhelming financial burden to my family. I was forced to drop out . I became reclusive and depressed as result of not having money to pay for school. Now I am in a stable mindset and have a peace of mind. I believe that whatever you put out into the universe, that you recieve. The Secret has changed my life. Any assistance is greatly appreciated.

I need $336.18 dollars if I pay back my highschool after 1/23/13.The school waived the fee if I pay it before 1/23/13. The total it is $287.Class starts Jan 7th.I submitted my application to the community college in GA yet this is the one thing holding me back.

Thank so much for reading this and taking the time to help me. I am taking all possible measures and looking for another job. I believe I will pay this off and go back to school!
