Campaign Story
My lovely violinist friend/mentor/workmate has stage 4 bowel cancer with numerous tumors in his liver. He now needs surgery to try to reduce the size of the tumors, which have grown recently. The purpose of this fundraiser is to give Derek and Jill some money to spend as they wish, on medical expenses, treatments and maybe a bit of a holiday for themselves. The target amount is to cover the expense of Derek's upcoming surgery.
