Jacks trip to Disneyland

Our son jack was diagnosed with non- Hodgkin's lymphoma back in november 2013 at the age of just 2 years and 2 months. Eversince then jack has been recieving chemo (sometimes intensive) at his local hospital and also through Southampton general hospital at Piam Brown ward. The last 7 months have been hard for us as a family especially with also having our daughter Adelaide who is now just 19 months old. We are hoping to raise enough money to as a family be able to take the children on a trip of a lifetime to Disneyland paris over the new year or possibily for out first wedding anniversary in April depending on prices and how much money we actually do raise.    We hope you can help us out even if it's a couple of pounds. We're hoping that we can also have enough donations of items to have a raffle or auction. So far we have a cd hand signed from blue and a pair of Aaron ramseys boots also signed (which I have been told should go for around £1500! I hope!) we have also been offered by a lovely friend of mine a Disney cake to be able to raffle off too as well as a signed shirt from the brighton and hove football team :)
