Mia’s Walk for Hasty Lane Pony Sanctuary

Karen here - Mia's Mum. I'm so prod of Mia as she is trying so had to help the Hasty lane Horse & Pony Sanctuary in Altrincham where she helps out as they are in urgent need of funds to continue to provide food, shelter and care for the 8 equines they have - all love comes free! Mia has decided completely off her own back to do a sponsored 5 mile walk around Altrincham and Dunham on Sunday 31st August at 2pm to help raise funds as the Sanctuary relies 100% on public donations of money and pony supplies and fundraising.  The Sanctuary provides a home for horses & ponies who have been abandoned, neglected or abused and gives them the chance to enjoy life - just being themselves. Every penny really does count - £4 will buy a bail of hay, £8 will pay for food for a pony for a week.......and there's everything in between and above.  The Sanctuary has recently had to pay out some very hefty vet fees to make a poorly horse better which is why they are in such urgent need of funds now.
