Walking, Running and Bouncing for Team Sue.

Update posted by James Duncan

Wow what a weekend we had!

Over 90 people met at Packwood House on Saturday morning to walk the "Welly Walk" for Team Sue and it was a proper welly walk! The weather didn?t stop us and we had a great time.Thank you to everyone who came in their rain gear for coming out to support Team Sue! A special thank you to Jett Rientjes, Michele Stephens and Marylou Jeffs who have made this walk possible!!

On Sunday, 24 terrific people supported Team Sue by running the (Warwick to Kenilworth) Two Castles 10k!Some of these runners have never run before and some haven't run for many years and some are regular runners. Big Thanks to all the runners - Tory Burgin and her friend Jez, Becky Freeman, Elaine Butcher, Jane West, Julie Sparks, Eleanor Dryhurst, Sarah Dryhurst, Sara Sheridan, Penny Beddow, Lisa Butler, Jo Courier, Sarah Folwell, Karen Mee, Tracy McPherson, Tracy Heath, Donna Harrison, Jessica Diamandis, Federica Corrado, Chris Lightfoot, Paul Jefferson and his friend from Newcastle, Ross Hutchinson and Claire Hammond!!We are very grateful to you all!!

After the race many people celebrated their success at The Crown Inn. The Crown, very generously, put on a Family Fun Day, complete with BBQ, bouncy castle and childrens entertainer. Our heartfelt thanks go to Paul and Sharon from The Crown. Everyone had a great time, the good weather stayed and it was great to see the Crown busy ? it?s not been that busy for a long time!

Thanks again to all the runners and everyone else who helped organise events this weekend.
