I was always feeling more comfortable in the nature than in the city, but with ongoing health crisis it is getting more and more mandatory to go back to nature. Having all the problems that living in the city brings to mental and physical health, I decided to start renovating my family property to make it a place at which I will spend every minute of my free time and to which I will eventually permanently relocate in next 6-7 years. Property is more than 200 years old, but due to its remote location and harsh winter conditions it was abandoned for the last 30 years and during that time damage on objects was done.

Main issue is lack of water on the property, so as a first measure I want to make a rain water collecting system. For that i need to install roof pipeline, small water filtration tank, 2 big water collecting tanks and a water pump. Roughly i need about 1700 EUR for the material. All work will be done by me and my family members.

In the next stage I will need to completely renovate the roof, because it is in bad shape and can endanger the whole house. This is something I need to let over to professionals and it will cost me about 2500 EUR.

In the meantime I will start preparing soil for the organic food production, for what I have a great basis since on this land no chemicals was ever used.

When the main conditions will be fulfilled my wish is to welcome people of the same mindset from all over the world on my property, so I can share this part of undamaged nature with them.

After the main work done, next step will be to install solar energy production equipment and a final measure will be to build drinking water supply system. But for now lets take it step by step.
