After 17 days in the hospital, I am now discharged and recovering from my illnesses. I am still weak and taking a lot of medication but I am better than when I was in the hospital.

I have had to hire some equipment to monitor my blood pressure at home. We are now in the process of moving house - our old house had a lot of sets of stairs and it's difficult for me to climb stairs as I shouldn't be over taxing my heart.

I will need to go back for a CT and second angiogram in 2 months to check whether the aortic dissection is healing up or staying the same.
