Mrs. Sultana Dairmaan Khan Sultan Jan, 41 years old lady is a diagnosed as case of Precursor B-Cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia (Philadelphia positive) as per diagnosed in Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, Abu Dhabi with complex karyotype. She received 03 cycles of Hyper-CVAD regimen along with TKI therapy (Dasatinib). She has achieved only 1.8 log reduction in disease burden assessed molecularly. MRD status by Flow cyrtometery / PCR is not available. She has a 6/6 HLA-Matched sibling donor available.

If she achieves complete remission after completion of induction therapy, she will require allogenic transplant toconsolidate the disease. She has a very high risk disease, the success rate of transplant in this case is approximately 30 %. There is a high risk of graft failure & acute GvHD, which can be life threatening.

The approximate package cost of this treatment is Rs: 4,400,000/- (Rupees Four Million Four Hundred Thousand only) payable in advance. The cost includes drugs, BMT procedure charges, blood products transfusion charges, lab investigations, 4 weeks hospital stay, doctor's consultation and pre-transplant workup of Rs: 200,000/-.

Post BMT follow up treatment will be charged at actual. The cost of TK Inhibitor (Dasatinib) is not included in thisletter, which patient may need in post transplant.

If for any reason, hospital stay exceeds beyond this limit or any unforeseen problems arise, extra amount will becharged at actual.
