First of all a massive thank you to everyone who has supported this campaign so far by donating as well as sharing. All assistance is greatly appreciated. Thankfully the phone that I bought Nurhara is still in operation and we have been able to stay in contact with Nurahar and family these past few weeks. I have spoken to Nurhara several times last week and over the weekend and they are now on Kelapuan Island on Sabah's east coast and looking to settle there for awhile as they have family members there and its closer to Lahad Datu, rather than the further Dinawan Island. I am also in contact with the Lahad Datu hospital administration and accounts dept and shall begin to pay off the outstanding hospital bill in portions as the donations come in. I have urged Nurhara to take Feldi back for his check ups and at any time he needs further medical attention and that we are in the process of clearing the outstanding hospital bill so that she has no fear of the costs. By paying off this hospital bill we also hope to show our appreciation to the care and medical attention afforded to Feldi even though he is stateless as well as re-provisioning hospital finds at a time where financial resources are stretched due to the on going COVID crisis.
