About 2.5 weeks ago my friend spoke with a person in the university that is responsible for the foreign students, and explained everything about her situation. She received a proposal for a possible solution (but it had to be discussed and officially permitted) to enroll and pay now only for the second semester and to enroll and pay for the 1st one in September and starting in October to study 2 semesters together (1st and 3rd).

Two days ago she received it as a permission officially.

This one is giving a little bit of fresh air, mainly psychologically, as now is not so in emergency to collect all this amount of money. It's changing the amount as well and it's dropping it down to about 3150 euros.

As I already wrote, yesterday I received a donation of E750, which is enough (together with the money collected till now) to pay for the 2nd semester.

I asked for a withdrawal of the collected amount till now (here and from PayPal). In several days the money should be in my bank account.

I will update you about the exact received amount in leva, when both transfers will be done. (From the exchange rate and the commissions depends how much I will receive in bulgarian levas.)

So, next week, in my day off we will go to pay the semester.
