Someone at PayPal, following my telephone conversation yesterday with a PayPal Switzerland employee, was sensitive to my situation and the funds were returned to my PayPal account today! I will be able to transfer funds to the Funeral Director in Manchester and to the company that ships cremated remains from the UK to European countries as soon as the transfer of the funds to my bank account has been confirmed! That will be sometime next week.
