Update posted by Michael John CatabayI am knocking your heart to send help for Cagayanos here in the Philippines. We have been submerge with flood since November 9, 2020 and the water is still rising.
The province suffered extensive flooding after the Magat Dam released excess water upon reaching critical level due to typhoon and monsoon rains.
Please help us.
