latest developments about the 1st up to 4th landfall of typhoon rolly
Update posted by Steve OngTyphoon Rolly made its first landfall in Bato, Catanduanes, at 4:50 am on Sunday, November 1. It then made its 2nd landfall in Tiwi, Albay, at 7:20 am. Then 3rd landfall is located in the vicinity of San Narciso, Quezon (13.5°N,122.6°E) at 12:00 noon. The 4th landfall in Lobo, Batangas, at 5:30 p.m.
