3RD DAY

Update posted by John Martin Poud

His condition was not improving, his platelet count is still low, his BP was fluctuating from High to low. Already made some blood test today to check if there is any improvement about his blood count. Turns it out it's still low.

The doctors recommended to do a biopsy but since Surigao is under lockdown due to COVID-19 therefore all movements are limited. Since he's still experiencing chills and flu-like symptoms so if we're going to transfer to another hospital that's well equipped to do some further test, they will assume that he's going to be diagnosed as positive COVID-19 patient.

Good news he is not positive for COVID-19 but the sad news is it's highly probable that he has LEUKEMIA.
Little we've known that he experienced flu from the past, bleeding gums and chronic stomachache. Turns out, those are early signs of LEUKEMIA.

My wife did some further research about Leukemia and almost all of the signs and symptoms he already experienced.

While I'm writing this update it turns out that the doctor confirmed that it is LEUKEMIA.

It's so sad that right now writing this update, even though I'm unable to meet him personally it feels like we're connected. I realize that life is short and full of surprises. Also, in this life we either deny it or face our challenges with head up high.

Just like in the movie Forrest Gump "Life is like box of chocolates, You'll never know what you gonna get."

Also, we appreciate those people who read this article and providing us donation whether it's offline or here in the net we also thank you for offering your prayers in this plight. WE THANK YOU FROM OUR BOTTOM OF OUR HEARTS, WE'RE GOING TO PRAY FOR YOU AND PRAY THAT YOU'LL BE BLESSED TEN FOLDS.
