Now. For the thank you’s. Forest and I had no idea how many people would open their hearts and donate to our campaign. We have been completely flabbergasted. To anyone who donated, I apologize if I was unable to give you an individualized “thank you.” I was busy taking care of Forest (and myself) plus there were SO many I didn’t even know who some of the people donating were!!! Turns out, a lot of friends of friends donated and I was unable to contact them because I don’t even know these beautiful humans! I know people always ask you to share their fundraising campaign but I’m finding it REALLY does make a world of difference so please, please, please keep sharing our site and letting your friends and family know who Forest is and all the amazing things he can do. Like MoonWalk. Thank you for your support! I know we’ve been blessed to raise as much as we have but funds are still really tight in our household unfortunately. There are just a couple more weeks that this campaign is active. If you happen to find a surprise $20 in a winter coat maybe split it with Forest? Or just keep sharing away!!

It’s hard to believe that three weeks ago Forest was in a life or death situation. He’s currently happy as could be; ambling around his big, wooded backyard and annoying his siblings. It’s even harder to believe that three days and eight years ago, I signed the paperwork making Forest officially mine. It’s been a ride. Love my boy!! Thanks again and share, share, share!!!
