My youngest Son Albert Angelo will be turning 3 years old on December 12, 2020 and I would like to give him a special present with the help of all of you..... his Open Heart Surgery. My Son was diagnosed with Congenital Heart Disease - Tetralogy Of Fallot case. I was advised by his Doctor, Dra. David of St. Dominic Medical Center and other Doctors at Philippine Heart Center to do the operation as soon as possible. I cannot do it alone and I'm asking help from each and everyone of you. As per Doctors, as soon as operation is done, my Son will be able to act as normal kids do without turning bluish everytime he gets tired. Hoping for your help.
