October 9, 2020 - Yana was admitted at PCMC to prepare for her surgery.

October 10, 2020 Yana had a successful VP Shunt procedure. Her hydrocephalus that was caused by aqueductal stenosis has now been treated.

October 11, 2020 After a series of examinations and bloodtests, it was discovered that her hemoglobin levels had dropped and she was ordered to undergo blood transfusion.

October 12, 2020 at around lunch time, Yana's conditioned worsened and exhibited telltale signs of septic shock and was rushed to ICU.

October 13, 2020 Yana is still in the ICU Covid-19 Ward awaiting for the results of COVID-19 swab test before being transferred to a non-covid ICU ward. As per the ICU personnel, her condition has not worsened, but they have yet to offer us further details.

October 14, 2020 Yana has been transferred to non-Covid-19, regular ICU ward where we can ask for updates more quickly. Her vitals have improved since October 13 and doctors are doing some tests to make sure that she is ready to be discharged from the ICU. Fingers crossed!
