He needed to gain more weight and regain his healthy body.

Dad tried to walk tiny steps with the help of my bother and sister.

One little baby steps to lessen muscle atrophy (decrease in size or wasting away of a body part or tissue/ a wasting away or progressive decline).

He needs to be mobile. He needs to walk around just like the old days when he was strong.
