Just last week I secured a premises, a former bakery with just enough space for the machinery.

The oven has arrived and is due for connecting later this week.

The mixer, moulder and wrapper are also on their way but icing is proving complex.

At the moment it looks like icing will remain hand done, which will slow things down, unless I can raise more funds.

The good news is, I’m in the building, I’ve scrubbed it thoroughly with the help of the wife and kids and I’m busting to get started
