Done! I ran (and hobbled ) 42.2km of the beautiful island of Grand Cayman east to west for Cayman Heart Fund and Русфонд in about 5 hours and 30 minutes! Thank you to my wonderful wife who helped organise this, all those friends who waited on the roadside to give me encouragement (and in some cases even water!), my buddy who paced me and cajoled me to carry on the last few miles, and the fantastic crowd who waited to welcome me at the finish at the Wharf! I could not do this without you! You know who you are.
