hi i'm nelson carillo 25yrs old and i was diagnosed with ckd5 (stage5 chronic kidney disease) last april 27 2020. at first i didn't know about my disease because i still feel healthy until my lab results came out and the doctor explained to me that i need to take great precaution on what i do and eat because this disease is gonna change my lifestyle and i need to take maintenance medication and undergo dialysis until i get a kidney transplant. i am currently living with my mom and she is the only one taking care of me, she is 70yrs old and we are getting little assistance from the government and that is not enough to support me for my medication and treatment. we also have no source of income since im the only one who was capable of working until i got diagnosed with this disease. i need to go on dialysis 3 times a week to keep my body functioning properly until i get a kidney transplant. i hope this fundraiser reach all the kind hearted people and help me so i can continue living and achieve my dreams thank you
