I just want to extend my thanks again for everyone who supported, this has been amazing. I went to a new clinic yesterday, The Angkor Sante Polyclinic, where the staff is French trained and apply Western techniques. It was such a better experience. The necrosis had continued to spread, I was on the wrong antibiotic, and overall, the care wasn't very good. Angkor Sante sorted me right out. Great general anesthetic that actually worked! Cleaned out the necrotic flesh, and properly cleaned and bandaged the wound.

The uptick in price was well worth the level of care. I will be going back every 2 days until the antibiotics are done, then we will reevaluate.
