The amount I set that she needs is the amount of money that may improve my mother's life temporarily, her current dept is 500$ for bills, 100$ for food, and 100$ for a vet. To the bank she owes 3000$ (she borrowed 1500 few years ago for survival, and she spent it long time ago, and banks just double up mostly what you borrow), though this debt can't be payed off in advance it will be taken from her disability money through the years to come. with more money we could buy her food, medicine, and fix some things in apartment, like stove, floor, kitchen.
