Last night Hope was rescued, and we can rest assured she won't be sleeping in the streets any longer.

Hope was cleaned up and groomed this morning, and taken to the vet this to do a check-up. She was dehydrated and malnourished, and has an enlarged stomach. We don't know for sure if she's pregnant or those are just worms. Check out the photos.
