Cora got the pin in her hind leg removed (yay!), but has developed a breakdown of her skin. If she bumps into something she bleeds. At first the doctor thought it was an allergy to her antibiotic, but upon further investigation we discovered it is due to her compromised immune system. She has had so many assaults on her system that the skin disease is difficult to manage. She is receiving treatment for skin issues as well as overall nutritional support. The pins in her front leg will be removed in early August.
