Transferred to Rehab

Update posted by Apple Valeroso

Hi everyone,

Dennis' peek cranioplasty last 19th August was successful. It was more than 4hrs. He was transferred in high dependency ward for 24hrs after the surgery, to drain some blood from the surface of the brain and to monitor his vitals. Some patients with previous brain operation has a high chance of comatose. But he was awake after few hours of operation. So next day he was transferred to general ward.

August 24th, he was transferred to rehabilitation center, to regain his strength and recover his speech and mobility.

As of the moment his blood pressure, heart rate and oxygen are stable and in normal range. He still can't speak a word even though tracheo opening in his throat was closed and healed. He is having difficulty in urine and pass motion after surgery. He is in soft diet. He also lost his appetite. But is doing well in his walking session therapy.

He had renal ultrasound today. The result is normal - no renal problem, means renal is not a root cause of hypertension.

Please continue to pray for complete healing and full recovery of his speech and mobility.

"Heavenly Father,

I come before you and I ask that you would forgive us of all our sins. I know that we have sinned against you, and you alone; I am truly sorry and I humbly repent. Thank you for your forgiveness and for dying on the cross so that I may be forgiven.

Right now, I lift up to you, Dennis Dela Rosa Dolor. Lord he needs a healing touch over his body. I pray that you would continue to heal his brain, protect him from infections/complications, heal his wounds, eliminate his discomfort, shift his emotions to happiness, stabilize his vitals, provide his every need, recover his speech and mobility, in the Holy name of Jesus. It is by your stripes we are healed. (Isaiah 53:5).

I thank you in advance for the healing and recovery that is going to take place. Thank you for being the ultimate healer and restorer over our physical bodies. It is only through Jesus Christ name that we are healed.

In Jesus name I pray,

Amen."
