Our AAN network face mask project in Malawi has produced 7,000 masks to date. 1,000 masks were recently donated to the Lilongwe (capital city) District Health Services which has some 400 nurses employed. Another 2,000 masks are being produced and will be donated to the District Health Offices of Blantyre (in the South) and Mzuzu (in the North).
