The COVID-19 Africa Action Network is pleased to announce the start of a local face mask project in Rwanda. AAN is providing financial and technical assistance. Collaborating partners are the local NGO “Open Arms to Golden Years Village” and “The Rwanda Neonatal Nurses Association”.

The goal is to produce and supply face masks to nurses/midwives in Eastern Rwanda Health Centers and District hospitals, patients, families of health care workers, elderly and vulnerable people.
