I am deeply greatful to everyone who helped, anyhow, even by sharing my post.

We did it! Starting off by next week we are going to get all the tests (hematologia, biochemia, kardiologia) and I'll keep you updated- Hopefully all results come off good so he can go for the surgery.

Update: I found out it takes some time to get the funds to my bank account, so as soon as I can windraw them, we will get going to the vet. I'll keep you updated
