What does the Future hold for us.

Update posted by David Kusner

Once again a very big thank you to all the new backers today. Every little bit counts no matter how big or small.

Its only day 2 now since I launched this campaign for my brother Jeremy and its exactly 1 day and 1 Month since we have been in lock down in South Africa. Wow an entire month has gone by. Actually now that I look back its gone quite fast, it seems like yesterday that everyone was running around like crazy buying up all the toilet paper and hand sanitizer. LOL but that was a whole month ago!

In South Africa, we don't seem to have an extremely high infection rate or death toll yet, but the numbers of known infections is starting to take a bit of a rise now. To date, it seems their are 4546 infections and only 87 deaths. I actually think this is quite remarkable for a country like ours, been 3rd world and all and it also shows the tremendous work that our government has been doing to try to deal and managed with this pandemic. I am sure like most other South Africans, we are are so proud of our president Mr Ramaphosa and for the bold steps that he has chosen to take in locking us down.

Unfortunately however in ever crisis and every type of war, their are winners and looser, In this case South Africa's people I think are the winners and sadly our economy is the looser. Hopefully our economy will one recover from this, sooner than later? Perhaps this is the best thing that could have happened to our economy is the last 100 years? Definitely its the worst thing presently.

Who knows what the future holds for us? Does anyone know? Will life as we knew it ever be the same again?

Time will tell!

Thank you again to everyone so far who has so graciously taken part in this campaign. May Gd bless you with health and many other good things!
