Reaping the rewards... Let's keep going!

Update posted by Remi Petersen

So for all of you who have been following our process and have read and seen what you all have helped us create, we thought we'd put out just a few testimonials of people who have received our aid. It's hard to put into words the actual impact which we've had and the reaction of those who have been involved but we hope that this keeps the spark alive to continue supporting our cause so we can continue to support you community which will with a bit of faith get the opportunity to give back to you in the better times that no doubt lie ahead.

"Gud evening LFJB.

Thank u very much for making it possible to feed hungry and needed people in our community. The corn soya blend porridge taste awesome and families loved it! There were times in the past where I don't know where next portion will come from? But since One Village come out way, thinks just gets better!! The porridge is a double portion!! May God continue to bless our sponsors. Thanks Louise for caring for us🙏💯Mathilda Alexander - Gill Marcus Humansdorp"

"Good morning LFJB

My name is Judith, I'm part of the Let's feed J-bay team. I just want to thank you very much for the great donation of the Soya Maize, and for making it possible for us to spend it where the need is greatest, the donation really makes a difference in the lives of Kabeljous River's children and adults. May the Lord richly bless you, Greetings Judith"- Judith

"Today i had an old lady with a small boy come to Letsfeedjbay and say "we were told u give food" i said would u lime some porridge. I gave her 2 x 2.5kg packs and the child affirmed it was the correct stuff he got at the soup kitchen. Then she asked if she could have 2 packets for her neighbour who is sick. I obliged. The 2 of them thanked me and walked off like they had been given gold bars."- LFJB Volunteer.

These are just some examples to show you how much this means for the people and every little bit you are able to give does a whole lot more then you could possible imagine. We have officially reached the last ton of product and after the final logistics we'll come short on a few distribution locations next week. this is deeply saddening but we are working hard on getting the funds together to put in the next order. with a bit of luck we'll be able to continue the good vibes without to much delay.

Our Instagram stories will be getting some story updates shortly so check us out at @letsfeedjbay and we'll continue to keep the Mzanzi magic alive!
