Gratitude

Update posted by Terry Newton

I am filled with so much gratitude for those helping us to feed the horses and take care of them. In a time so unsure and so difficult for everyone, I am so blessed to receive help from each and everyone of you. I would like you to know that all of us here at the farm, all the creatures and beings, say thank you from our hearts. Sadly we do still need help. We keep the horses out at pasture as long as possible, but with a very dry season this year, water is low and the grass is drying out and not regrowing. We chop banana and heliconia leaves, which they do appreciate, but it is not enough to sustain them, and its only getting scarcer. We need to supplement them with hay and grain. They have lost some weight, but are still fine and we are trying to keep them like this without loosing more. So for those of you that can help a little and for those who cannot for loss of jobs and income, please share on your Facebooks, Instagram, to your friends and family. Sharing is a way of giving. We do not need a large amount, and every little bit makes an enormous difference to us and the horses.

As kindred spirits together facing this world pandemic with all its trials , we send you our love and light for hope for a better future for all. For those grieving, we grieve with you, fully understanding what this means and how it affects us.

Namaste

Peace in our hearts, Peace in our Lives, Peace in the World
