UPDATE: 4/29/2020
Update posted by Evan F. Nappen Attorney At Law, P.C.Upon request by his attorneys, we are glad to report that the Prosecutor's Office instructed the municipality to return Mr. Twyne's firearm, and Mr. Twyne has returned to work as an armored car security guard.
That said, due in part to Covid-19 delays, his municipal motor vehicle matter has yet to be heard.
