Update posted by Evan F. Nappen Attorney At Law, P.C. On Apr 29

Upon request by his attorneys, we are glad to report that the Prosecutor's Office instructed the municipality to return Mr. Twyne's firearm, and Mr. Twyne has returned to work as an armored car security guard.

That said, due in part to Covid-19 delays, his municipal motor vehicle matter has yet to be heard.

They take away his legal gun on February 8. He has to get an attorney and does not get his guns back until April 29. The right to bear arms shall not be infringed means nothing to those bureaucrats. If you give bureaucrats an inch they will take a mile.

Congratulations Roosevelt, you were entirely wronged by the actions of inept law enforcement officers, if not blatantly and disgustingly profiled based solely upon race. And a shout-out to Colion Noir for bringing your plight to the attention of the 2A Community, and of course to Evan for continuing the zealous fight to protect our inalienable rights. I can only hope that you receive just compensation in your civil suit, good luck and God bless!

A sincere congrats! I am so sorry you had to go through this absurd ordeal, but at least the worst of it is over and you can return to work. We were proud to stand behind you to fight this injustice. I hope you sue the socks off of them. Cheers, BTC
