Meet Booger Roux. He was only 8 ounces when he was rescued on our back deck in July of 2014 in desperate need of food & water. He was born malnourished and with Feline Cat Down Syndrome. Booger Roux sometimes has what we call "episodes" where he cries out and runs around in a hyper state. I can usually calm him down by putting a harness on him and just talk to him. He requires alot of attention and we are thankful he came into our lives.
