ERRORS IN PAYMENT METHOD

These days, we received a lot of comments about the errors in payment methods. I am sorry to say that it is not allowed to pay via JCB cards and AMEX even though many people in Japan are using these kinds of cards. Gogetfunding does not accept JCB cards. Regarding AMEX cards, it requires a 4-digit CVV instead of 3 digits like other types of credit card. Therefore, you cannot pay with an AMEX card. Only VISA and Master cards are acceptable. We are so sorry about that.

ADDITIONAL FEE CHARGED

In some foreign banks, they may probably charge an additional fee for confirmation or trading fee when you donate money. For example, a bank in Vietnam charged my donor 200 yen even though they donated only 100 yen. Please notice it and be careful with types of card you may use.

WHERE ARE WE GOING TO SPEND YOUR DONATED MONEY?

The drastic dropped in the number of visitors as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic has affected businesses including those owned by women, which depend solely on tourists in order to operate, and the possibility that these businesses will not resume or continue to operate after the pandemic is over is high if there is no relief package to help these vulnerable businesses stay active in this trial time.Therefore, the purpose of this crowdfunding is to help female owners in Nagasaki Wellness survive, overcome COVID-19 pandemic and maintain the services that they are passionate to deliver to people around the world. After the project finishes, the donated money will be divided equally and sent to these owners. This is the “keep-it-all” platform, so please rest assured that your precious money will definitely be handed to these female owners.
