Today we opened my leg for the first time since last week wednesday. It does not look great,and a bit of an odd shape. The skin is pink, but its still healing and its closed and the stitches are holding.

Just 2 spots of concern on the stitch line, so hold thumbs! Porta-vac has been removed and finally off the 3 courses of strong antibiotics. Doctors are checking my kidney functions every second day. They don't recommend taking them for more than a month at a time.

I am getting an allergic reaction, rash all over and itchy everywhere itching everywhere.
